## Scene 1

Before we dive into the Red Monkey Story: Switch 3D - The Battle of the Smarts, let's look at the bigger picture.

Rather than writing a new book, I've created the Red Monkey Story, a visual narrative with Stories and Poster Talks. Each Poster Talk is designed to spark a fresh mindset for learning, working, and innovating.

The toughest part wasn't crafting the Stories and Posters, but finding the right order to present them. Once you engage with the content, you'll see how everything is interconnected, making the storytelling a true challenge.

The Red Monkey Story is split into 5 Chapters, comprising 20 Awakening Stories and over 100 Red Monkey Poster Talks and Engagements. These cover various facets of organizational development.

Here's a brief overview ...

• Chapter 1: The Color of Innovation will be Red. This chapter will introduce Red Monkey Innovation Management as a mindset to boost the value of people, real learning, how to handle resistance to innovate, how to organize disruption and how to transform organizational cultures.

• Chapter 2: We are Engines. Discover how to identify and support key experts who drive innovation, and the implications of doing so.

• Chapter 3: Managers are Heroes. Learn to recognize and assist managers who build and sustain agile teams, and understand the impact of their efforts.

• Chapter 4: Organizations are Jungles. Find out how to support executives embedding disruptive innovation in the culture, and what follows.

• Chapter 5: Rise of the Red Monkeys. Understand how to transform organizational cultures and the resulting effects.

After numerous attempts, I chose to create 'Switch 3D - The Battle of the Smarts', marking the first story of chapter 1: The Color of Innovation will be Red. This online course provides access to that story's content ...

The story includes 3 Basic Posters.

The first poster introduces 'Switch 3D', explaining the world's current state and introducing new vocabulary to better grasp our dramatic challenges.

The second poster delves into 2D-Smarting. After the Poster Talk, you'll understand why value based on discipline and intelligence is waning.

The third poster highlights 3D-Smarting, emphasizing why valuing passion and talents represents the next evolutionary step.

After listening to the 3 Poster Talks, you can join engagement sessions as part of a Participant Pack led by a Pack Guide.

In these sessions, featuring Red Monkey Challenges and Debates, you can discuss the Poster Talks' content. Afterwards, the Pack Guide reports the outcomes, and we add new material to the story based on feedback.
